As a start-up venture begun at the dawn of the commercial Internet Age, Spottworks faced a challenging environment. 

It took a dedicated team of executives, interns, and investors to accept the challenge of trying to convince the music and television industries' that their traditional business models needed updating. The ground-breaking entertainment that Musicosm.com offered never reached its potential because of its perhaps premature appearance on the scene.

Today, however, all of the people mentioned below deserve credit for helping to pioneer many of the aspects of online and interactive entertainment that are finally beginning to find success in Hollywood and on the Internet and interactive television platforms worldwide.
